Brand Strategist

Strategists lead the client and team through strategic intake and discovery exercises involved with brand development, including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, communications audit and market research. They create unique positioning, promises, personality attributes, taglines, values, voice guidelines, etc., for organizations in an array of industries. Knowing each client's brand also enables our strategists to develop messaging for brand touch points through mixed media. Strategists will also grow business among existing clients and help develop new business as needed.

Candidates will likely have 3+ years of brand strategy and execution experience in a brand or corporate identity consulting firm or management consulting firm. Demonstrated mastery of brand development process, from discovery to platform development and beyond, is critical. Exceptional work portfolio required. Proficiency with software application tools such as MS Office Suite and PowerPoint or Keynote and a bachelor's degree are also required.

Business Developer

Business developers are tasked with new business activation at first level to C-level, board member, executive positions. Cultivating new business opportunities with relentless focus on business outcomes is crucial. Candidates will collaborate with our strategy, creative and development groups to analyze prospects, develop presentations and close deals. The ability to nurture existing relationships is key. A proven ability to create relationships with C-level executives, demonstrating knowledge of strategic marketing and business management and a passion for interactive marketing are a must.
